Ingredients:
1 cup rice flour
7 cups water
2 cups sugar
2 tbps caraway
2 tbps cinnamon powder
500g of nuts peeled and soaked in cold water ( walnut, almonds, pistachios,pine nuts)
100g desiccated coconut
Directions:
-In a large cooking pot add the rice flour, sugar, caraway and the cinnamon, mix altogether before adding the water.
-add the cold water and mix well. Once mixed, bring the cooking pot to the stove at medium heat and stir constantly.
-when the mixture starts boiling, lower heat to low and stir occasionally until thickened
-Remove from the heat, pour directly into small individual cups and allow to cool
- chill in the fridge before serving. Decorate with coconut and the soaked nuts.
